Request: It is requested that the DeKalb County Board of Education (“the Board”) approve the contract renewal of ITB 24-19 for School Nutrition Paper Products to Southeastern Paper Group, LLC, not to exceed $3,863,940. This request renews the contract award for an additional one (1) year term effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
Why: To ensure DeKalb County School District (DCSD) School Nutrition Services (SNS) has appropriate portion containers and paper products to meet nutrition standards for federal reimbursable meals.
Details: The contract award of ITB 24-19 was initially approved by the Board on July 8, 2024. The award is an initial one (1) year base year with four (4), one (1) year renewal options.
School Nutrition Services (SNS) requests to renew contract of ITB 24-19 for an additional year with the same terms and conditions as the original bid requirements. The renewal is effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. This request is the second of four (#2 of 4) optional one (1) year renewals allowed.
Paper products provided by Southeastern Paper Group, LLC are delivered by the vendor to the schools.

Greetings:
The DeKalb County School District ("DCSD") desires to renew the award of ITB 24-17, School Nutrition Fresh Produce
for one (1) year on the same terms, conditions, and pricing as set forth in the Agreement between DCSD and Royal
Food Service. The purpose of this letter is to obtain Royal Food Service's acceptance of DCSD's offer to renew the
Agreement.
The renewal is subject to the Dekalb County Board of Education's ("Board") approval and will be effective from July
01, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Of course, we will notify you once the Board has approved the renewal. DCSD
appreciates Royal Food Service's consideration of this offer to renew the award of ITŠ’ 24-17.
If accepted, please submit a copy of your company's proof of insurance reflecting the coverage(s) stated within the
original solicitation document, sign the acceptance below, and email both documents no later than Tuesday,
January 20, 2026, to Sharmaine Greenland at Sharmaine Greenland@dekalbschoolsga.org. Insurance policy or
policies must be maintained throughout the term of this agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements is
included.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Royal Food Service hereby accepts DeKalb County School District's offer to renew the award of ITB 24-17 School
Nutrition Fresh Produce, as set forth in the Agreement until June 30, 2027. Royal Food Service understands that
this acceptance is subject to the approval of the DeKalb County Board of Education.
