Cedar Grove MS Boys' Track Team

             P R O C L A M AT I O N
               RECOGNITION
                      HONORING CEDAR GROVE MIDDLE SCHOOL
                            SAINT BOYS’ TRACK TEAM

WHEREAS:     The DeKalb County School District is dedicated to developing students academically and
             athletically. The Cedar Grove Middle School Saint boys’ track team is committed to working
             hard and representing DeKalb Schools athletics; and

WHEREAS:     The Cedar Grove Middle School boys’ track team won the 2025 DeKalb County Middle School
             Championships boys’ title; and

WHEREAS:     Coach Rai-Quawn Solomon’s track squad finished with an impressive victory of 13.5-points
             over the rest of the competition to capture the title, including six individual championships; and

THEREFORE:   We, the DeKalb County Board of Education, acknowledge the outstanding athletic
             accomplishments of the Cedar Grove Middle School Saint boys’ track team for having achieved
             one of the highest levels attainable by a middle school track team. In official recognition, we
             affix our signatures on this 9th day of June 2025.
