             P R O C L A M AT I O N

               RECOGNITION
                    HONORING STONE MILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
                        STALLIONS BOYS’ FLAG FOOTBALL

WHEREAS:     The DeKalb County School District is dedicated to developing students academically and
             athletically. The Stone Mill Elementary School Stallions boys’ flag football team is committed to
             working hard and representing DeKalb athletics; and

WHEREAS:     The Stone Mill Elementary Stallions defeated the Stoneview Elementary Falcons 30-14 to win
             the inaugural DeKalb County Boys’ Flag Football Championships title; and

WHEREAS:     The Stallions are coached by Andre Carter; and

THEREFORE:   We, the DeKalb County Board of Education, acknowledge the outstanding athletic
             accomplishments of the Stone Mill Elementary School Stallions boys’ flag football team for
             having achieved one of the highest levels attainable by an elementary boys’ flag football team.
