Chamblee MS Girls' Track Team

             P R O C L A M AT I O N
               RECOGNITION
                        HONORING CHAMBLEE MIDDLE SCHOOL
                           BULLDOGS GIRLS’ TRACK TEAM

WHEREAS:     The DeKalb County School District is dedicated to developing students academically and
             athletically. The Chamblee Middle School Bulldogs girls’ track team is committed to working
             hard and representing DeKalb Schools athletics; and

WHEREAS:     The Chamblee Middle School girls’ track team won the 2025 DeKalb County Middle School
             Championships girls’ title for the second consecutive year; and

WHEREAS:     Coach of the Year Terrence Jett’s track squad finished with an impressive 52.5-point victory
             over the rest of the competition to capture the title, including six individual championships; and

THEREFORE:   We, the DeKalb County Board of Education, acknowledge the outstanding athletic
             accomplishments of the Chamblee Middle School Bulldogs girls’ track team for having achieved
             one of the highest levels attainable by a middle school track team. In official recognition,
             we affix our signatures on this 9th day of June 2025.
