Request: It is requested that the DeKalb County Board of Education (“the Board”) approve the contract renewal of RFP 22-752-012 for Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance Services to Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC, in the not-to-exceed amount of $5,000,000.
This is the third of four (#3 of 4), one (1) year renewal options, effective May 20, 2025, through May 19, 2026.
Why: This approval request is for contract renewal to Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC to provide the required landscaping and lawn maintenance services district-wide on a set schedule and an as- needed basis.
This request extends the agreement through May 19, 2026.
The approval of this contract renewal meets Strategic Goal Area 6: Organizational Excellence.
Details: On April 18, 2022, the Board approved the contract award of RFP 22-752-012 to Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,644,020.
This recommendation is for the third of four (#3 of 4) one (1) year contract renewal options.
Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC is located at 3235 N State Street, PO Box 849 Bunnell, FL 32110.
Financial impact: It is anticipated that the cost of these services will not exceed $5,000,000 during the fiscal year and will be allocated from the General Fund Budget, Deferred Maintenance (100.2600.543013.00011.7520.9990.8013.040.0000)

Dear Mr. Tetrault:
The DeKalb County School District (“DCSD”) desires to renew the award of RFP 22-752-012 Landscaping and Lawn
Maintenance Services for the same terms, conditions, and pricing as set forth in the License and Services Agreement
between DCSD and Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC dated May 20, 2022. The purpose of this letter is to obtain
Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC’s acceptance of DCSD’s offer to renew the License and Services Agreement.
The renewal is subject to the DeKalb County Board of Education’s (“Board”) approval and will be effective from May
20, 2025, through May 19, 2026. Of course, we will notify you once the Board has approved the renewal. DCSD
appreciates Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC’s consideration of this offer to renew the award of RFP 22-752-012.
If accepted, please submit a copy of your company’s proof of insurance reflecting the coverage(s) stated within the
original solicitation document, sign the acceptance below and email both documents no later than Friday, March 7,
2025, to Latrice_Brown@dekalbschoolsga.org. Insurance policy or policies must be maintained throughout the
term of this agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements is included.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC hereby accepts DeKalb County School District’s offer to renew the award of RFP 22-
752-012, Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance Services, as set forth in the License and Services Agreement, until
May 19, 2026. Yellowstone Landscape SE, LLC understands that this acceptance is subject to the approval of the
DeKalb County Board of Education.
