               RECOGNITION           ERP Team Recognition
WHEREAS:     The success of any organization relies on the dedication, expertise, and teamwork of its
             employees; and;

WHEREAS:     Key staff from Payroll/Finance, Human Resources, and DIIT have worked tirelessly over the
             years to implement a historic payroll migration for more than 14,000 employees; and;

WHEREAS:     This project, executed in two stages, required exceptional commitment, long hours, and
             cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the seamless transition of payroll, extra time
             reporting, compensation, and time off tracking; and;

WHEREAS:     Despite the challenges encountered in the final implementation, this team remained steadfast
             in their mission, demonstrating resilience, professionalism, and dedication to the district’s
             employees; and;

WHEREAS:     Their efforts have significantly improved operational efficiency, setting a new standard for
             payroll and reporting processes within the district;


THEREFORE:   Be it resolved that we proudly recognize and commend the Payroll/Finance, Human
             Resources, and DIIT teams for their outstanding achievements, unwavering dedication, and
             invaluable contributions to our district.

             Be it further resolved that their hard work and perseverance be acknowledged with the
             highest appreciation, knowing their efforts have made a lasting impact on the organization and
             the employees they serve.
