Request: It is requested that the DeKalb County Board of Education approve the contract renewal #3 for ITB 21-752-043 - Pressure Washing Services to A-Action Janitorial Services, Autaco Development, LLC and Tribond, LLC in the not to exceed amount of $2,000,000.
Why: The approval request is a contract renewal for A-Action Janitorial, Services, Autaco Development, LLC and Tribond, LLC to provide pressure washing services throughout the Dekalb County School district (“DCSD”), on an as-needed basis for both the Facilities Maintenance Department and the District’s E-SPLOST Capital Improvement Program. This request extends the agreement through October 28, 2025, for Autaco Development, LLC and Tribond, LLC. and through December 15, 2025, for A-Action Janitorial.
Details: On September 13, 2021, the Board approved the award of this contract to A-Action Janitorial Services, Inc., Autaco Development, LLC and Tribond, LLC as the primary vendors to provide pressure washing services on an as needed basis for Facilities Maintenance Department and the District’s E-SPLOST Capital Improvement Program as outlined in the Invitation to Bid documents. This recommendation is for the third of four (#3 of 4) one (1) year contract renewal options.

Financial impact: The total contract amount for these services in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000 will be allocated from the General Fund Budget, Deferred Maintenance -(100.2600.543013.00011.7520.9990.8013.040.0000)

Dear Ms. Storey:
As a result of the excellent service provided by A-Action Janitorial Services, the DeKalb County School District
(“DCSD”) desires to renew the award of ITB 21-752-043 Pressure Washing Services, for one (1) year on the same
terms, conditions and pricing as set forth in the License and Services Agreement between DCSD and A-Action
Janitorial Services dated December 16, 2021. The purpose of this letter is to obtain A-Action Janitorial Services’
acceptance of DCSD’s offer to renew the License and Services Agreement.
The renewal is subject to the DeKalb County Board of Education’s (“Board”) approval and will be effective from
September 13, 2024, through September 12, 2025. Of course, we will notify you once the Board has approved the
renewal. DCSD appreciates A-Action Janitorial Services’ consideration of this offer to renew the award of ITB 21-
752-043.
If accepted, please submit a copy of your company’s proof of insurance reflecting the coverage(s) stated within the
original solicitation document, sign the acceptance below and email both documents no later than Tuesday, April
2, 2024, to sharmaine_greenland@dekalbschoolsga.org. Insurance policy or policies must be maintained
throughout the term of this agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements is included.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
A-Action Janitorial Services hereby accepts DeKalb County School District’s offer to renew the award of ITB 21-752-
043, Pressure Washing Services, as set forth in the License and Services Agreement, until September 12, 2025.
A-Action Janitorial Services understands that this acceptance is subject to the approval of the DeKalb County Board
of Education.
