Request: It is requested that the Board of Education approve the hiring recommendation of Ms. Carina R. Harrigan to the position of Director of IGNITE Teacher Residency in the Division of Human Resources.

   ● Manage a team of seven professionals that includes program coordinators and instructional coaches
   ● Developed a logic model to ensure strategic alignment of all Residency Programming initiatives and
       programming with overall mission/ vision/ non-negotiables

       level educators (residents), mentor teachers, and school leaders
