2ND MILLAGE RATE HEARING
OF THE
DEKALB COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION
June 17, 2024
The DeKalb County Board of Education held its 2nd Millage Rate Hearing, Monday, June 17,
2024, in the J. David Williamson Board Room at the DeKalb County School District’s Robert R.
Freeman Administrative Instructional Complex, 1701 Mountain Industrial Boulevard, Stone
Mountain, Georgia.
Mrs. Deirdre P. Pierce, Board Vice Chair convened the 2nd Millage Rate Hearing at 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Byron Schueneman, Chief Financial Officer, conducted 2nd Millage Rate Hearing to allow
the Board of Education to receive comments from stakeholders regarding the development of the
2025 budget.
There were no speakers for the June 17, 2024, virtual 2nd Millage Rate Hearing, the hearing
concluded at 6:21pm.
