                         2024 REACH Georgia Scholarship Recipients
The DeKalb County School District Board of Education would like to recognize the 2024 REACH Georgia
Scholarship recipients.

REACH Georgia is a mentorship and scholarship program that provides scholars with the academic,
social, and financial support needed to graduate from high school, gain access to college and achieve
post-secondary success.

All Scholars are selected as 8th-grade students by participating REACH School Systems in the spring of a
student’s 7th-grade year or fall of their 8th-grade year.

School Systems have a rigorous application process to select Scholars. Upon successful completion of
the program, qualifying students earn a $10,000 scholarship ($2,500 max/year or $1,250/semester or
$834/quarter) towards the cost of attendance at a HOPE-eligible postsecondary institution.
