When tuition is collected from non-resident students, as may be provided for in policy JBCC: Student Assignment and/or other relevant policies, such tuition shall not exceed the average locally financed per student cost for the preceding year and shall exclude the required local fair share funds. An estimated amount, based on projected current year per pupil expenditures, shall be included in the proposed budget for tuition. The tuition charge shall be established after the end-of-year financial report has been submitted to the state.
