District technologies, networks, and Internet access are available to students, teachers, administrators, and other support personnel for use for education and District-related purposes in compliance with Board Policy IFBG.
The Technology Acceptable Use Agreement sets out the privileges and responsibilities associated with using District technologies and the Internet and provides guidelines for such use.
All teachers, administrators, and other support personnel must read and sign the acceptable use agreement annually. District personnel shall provide orientation and training on the acceptable use agreement, the proper use of the Internet and Intranet network components, acceptable network etiquette, and user expectations and responsibilities.
All students annually must read the acceptable use agreement as provided in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Manual and must indicate acceptance of the agreement by their signature for the Student Rights and Responsibilities Manual.
