Teachers and other contractual personnel shall be demoted, relieved from duty, have contracts terminated or have contracts non-renewed in accordance with due process procedures provided under the Fair Dismissal Act of Georgia.
Non-contractual employees shall be demoted, relieved from duty without pay, or discharged by the Superintendent.
Any active employee, who has a complaint or grievance, may file such complaint or grievance in accordance with Board Policy GAE.
