Request: It is requested that the DeKalb County Board of Education approve the RFP 25-609 contract renewal for Coca-Cola Bottling Company United-East, LLC to provide district-wide beverage services for the period of August 29, 2026, through August 28, 2027.
Why: The purpose of the recommendation is to enhance the program partnership between Coca-Cola Bottling Company United-East, LLC and the DeKalb County Board of Education, to benefit the District, its students and educators, and support school wellness efforts.
Details: On June 9, 2025, The Board of Education approved Coca-Cola Bottling Company United-East, LLC as the most responsive and responsible offeror to provide districtwide beverage services. This recommendation is for the first of four one-year contract renewal options. award was for an initial one (1) year base year with four (4), one (1) year renewal options. Coca-Cola Bottling Company United-East, LLC is located at 8302 Dunwoody Place, Suite 305, Sandy Springs, GA 30350.
Financial impact: The partnership is valued at an estimated $300,000 per year.

Reference: RFP 25-609 Districtwide Beverage Services – Renewal Request
Greetings Mr. Jones:
The DeKalb County School District (“DCSD”) desires to renew the award of RFP 25-609 Districtwide Beverage
Services for one (1) year on the same terms, conditions and pricing as stated in the bid. The purpose of this letter
is to obtain Coca-Cola Bottling Company United – East, LLC’s acceptance of DCSD’s offer to renew the award of RFP
25-609.
The renewal is subject to the DeKalb County Board of Education’s (“Board”) approval and will be effective from
August 29, 2026, through August 28, 2027. Of course, we will notify you once the Board has approved the renewal.
DCSD appreciates Coca-Cola Bottling Company United – East, LLC’s consideration of this offer to renew the award
of RFP 25-609.
If accepted, please submit a copy of your company’s proof of insurance reflecting the coverage(s) stated within the
original solicitation document, sign the acceptance below and email both documents no later than Monday, May 4,
2026, to sharmaine_greenland@dekalbschoolsga.org. Insurance policy or policies must be maintained throughout
the term of this agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements is included.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Coca-Cola Bottling Company United – East, LLC hereby accepts DeKalb County School District’s offer to renew the
award of RFP 25-609 Districtwide Beverage Services, at the same prices, terms and conditions as the original award,
until August 28, 2027. Coca-Cola Bottling Company United – East, LLC understands this acceptance is subject to
the approval of the DeKalb County Board of Education.
