                Miller Grove High School Cross Country Region Champions

WHEREAS:     The DeKalb County School District is dedicated to developing students academically and athletically.
             The Miller Grove high school girls’ cross-country team is committed to working hard representing
             DeKalb athletics; and

WHEREAS:     The Miller Grove girls’ cross-country team won the 2025 Region 6-A girls’ team title; and

WHEREAS:     Under the direction of coach Eric Keddo, the Lady Wolverines outran Salem High School to capture
             the Region Championship title; and

WHEREAS:     Miller Grove’s five runners led by senior Lauryn McGraw closed with a flourish as they took the top
             spot on the podium; and
THEREFORE:   We, the DeKalb County Board of Education, acknowledge the outstanding athletic accomplishments
             of the Miller Grove High School girls’ cross-country team for having achieved one of the highest levels
             attainable by a high school cross country team. In official recognition, we affix our signatures on this
             9th day of February 2026.
