WHEREAS:          The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) Communications Department exemplifies
                  unparalleled excellence, dedication, and innovation in school communications; and

WHEREAS:          The department consistently sets the gold standard in the field of educational public relations—
                  not only across the State of Georgia but throughout the nation; and

WHEREAS:          The National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA), the premier organization
                  recognizing excellence in school communications, has awarded the DCSD Communications
                  Department 11 National School Communication Awards for 2025—a testament to their
                  creativity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to engaging and informing our
                  diverse community; and

WHEREAS:          These honors include:

                     DeKalb Te Escucha: Information and Resources in Spanish for Our School Community”
