               RECOGNITION
                  Honoring Miller Grove High School Volleyball Team


WHEREAS:     The DeKalb County School District is committed to fostering the academic and athletic
             development in students; and

WHEREAS:     The Miller Grove High School Volleyball Team has consistently demonstrated hard work,
             dedication, and pride in representing DeKalb County School District athletics; and

WHEREAS:     We celebrate the Miller Grove High School Lady Wolverines Volleyball Team, led by Coach
             Pamela Jones-Flowers, for winning the Region 6-2A volleyball title with a perfect 3-0 record in
             the Tournament; and

WHEREAS:     The Lady Wolverines completed the season with an 18-3 record, allowing them to advance to
             the first round of the Class 2A state playoffs; and

THEREFORE:   We, the DeKalb County Board of Education, hereby recognize and honor the Miller Grove High
             School Volleyball Team for their outstanding athletic achievement in reaching one of the highest
             levels of success attainable by a high school volleyball program. In official recognition, we affix
             our signatures on this 13th day of January 2025.
