               RECOGNITION
             Honoring Stephenson High School Competition Cheer Team

WHEREAS:     The DeKalb County School District is committed to fostering academic and athletic
             development in students; and

WHEREAS:     The Stephenson High School Jaguar Competition Cheerleading Team has consistently
             demonstrated hard work, dedication, and pride in representing DeKalb County School District
             Athletics; and

 WHEREAS:    We celebrate the Stephenson High School Jaguar Competition Cheerleading Team, led by
             Coach Corliesha Gray, for winning the Region 5-3A title; and

WHEREAS:     The cheerleading team matched the success of their football counterparts at Stephenson High
             School, who also won a regional title; and

THEREFORE:   We, the DeKalb County Board of Education, hereby recognize and honor the Stephenson High
             School Competition Cheer Team for their outstanding athletic achievements, reaching one
             of the highest levels of success attainable in high school competition cheerleading. In official
             recognition, we affix our signatures on this 13th day of January 2025.
