Board Review of Administrative Regulations
The Superintendent shall develop and revise administrative regulations to implement Board policy as the
Superintendent deems necessary or beneficial.
The Superintendent shall submit new or revised administrative regulations to the Board for review and advisory
approval before implementation whenever the Superintendent deems such review appropriate or when the
Superintendent is directed to do so by the Board of Education.
The Board reserves the right to revise or veto any regulation that the Board finds to be inconsistent with Board
policy.
The Board’s review and approval of administrative regulations may occur at a single meeting or, at the Board’s
option, may occur over two or more meetings.
