Good morning Erick, Vickie, and team!

I hope this finds you well. Say, I've been in the final stages of securing the final logistics for the forthcoming furniture donation. The Operations division has
been waiting for more information from me for a few days and not only have they been patient with my response, but they've been so diligent with their
follow-up, so kudos to this exceptional team at DCSD! They have been tremendous to work with thus far and I'm thrilled to be in this partnership.

As you know, we have a large amount of furniture we are eager to donate. We connected with local schools and nonprofits and found homes for all of the
items. The donations were going to span across eight organizations, DCSD being the recipient to receive the most amount of items. Our client recently
notified us that the cost of delivering these items to eight locations is too costly and we need to select one organization to receive the items.

While I am disappointed that we cannot give these items to the other schools and nonprofits that wanted to receive the items, I am happy we can still
support DCSD. I am writing to you to understand if you would be interested in receiving all of the items.

Originally DCSD was going to receive 846 items.
The new donation would add 308 more items of furniture consisting of desk chairs, lounge chairs, tables, bookshelves, and a few other
miscellaneous pieces. The new total of the items would be 1,156.
The value of this donation totals $756,450.00
To reiterate, there donation remains a donation and there is no cost of delivery to DCSD. I would, however, hate to assume that you wanted all of these
items without properly notifying and requesting your approval first. I have attached a document to this email that outlines all of the donation items you
would receive. If you're interested in receiving all of these items, please respond back in the affirmative and I will meet with your team to discuss
 the next steps.

Again, thank you for your continued partnership and dedication of your time. I look forward to hearing from you soon
