•   Create a virtual space that empowers teachers and leaders to improve and enhance student
    outcomes
•   Strengthen partnerships between all DCSD divisions and schools
•   Challenges the workforce to become better
•   Use Frontline Learning Management System to build capacity with school and district
    personnel


FOCUS:
•   Use data to build expertise and professional growth
•   Offer sessions based on data from PD Request Forms, Learning Walk, CCVs, and Reality Checks.
•   Provide support through collaborative partnerships: Preservice, New Teachers, Paras, etc.
