Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI)
Lowest Performing Schools
• Based on the performance of the All Students subgroup.
• Annual identification has changed to every three years.
• Schools will be identified in 2023.
• The next identification cycle will be 2026.
• Schools remain on the list for three years.
• After three years, schools can exit if meet the exit criteria.
• If they remain on the list after three years, they will be identified for Tier IV support. 4
Elementary and Middle School

• Do not meet the entrance criteria AND
• Demonstrate an improvement in Content Mastery, ELA achievement, math
achievement, or science achievement from the year of identification to the

• Pertains to All Schools, not just Title I Schools
• Annual identification has changed to every three years.
• Schools will be identified in 2023.
• The next identification cycle will be 2026.
• Schools can exit the list annually if they no longer meet the entrance
requirement. 4
Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI)
• Based on the performance of each student subgroup.
• Identification cycle remains annual.
• Pertains to All Schools, not just Title I Schools.
• Criteria is different and is no longer subgroup in the bottom 5% of 50% or
more of CCRPI Components.
• Schools can exit the list annually if they no longer meet the entrance
requirement.
