MOBILITY REPORT SY 2021-22 |RATES vs YOY TURN-OVER
                                         MOBILITY RATES VS YOY TURN-OVER
"Mobility 2021" is the number of
students who enroll or withdraw at a
school (Oct 5 - May 1) divided by the
                                         October 2021 enrollment. "%YOY Turn-
Over 2021" is the inverse percentage
of students who were enrolled in both
Oct 2020 and Oct 2021. The
                                         "Category" fields designate the school
as "Low" if the metric is more than a
1/2 a standard deviation below the
median and "Very Low" if the metric is
more than 1 standard deviation below
                                         the median. The "Category" fields
designate the school as "High" if the
metric is more than a 1/2 a standard
deviation above the median and "Very
Low" if the metric is more than 1
                                         standard deviation above the median.
                                         Centers and alternative schools are
                                         excluded.
