                             BOC-BOE VIRTUAL JOINT MEETING
                                       June 22, 2022

The DeKalb County Board of Education participated in a BOC-BOE virtual joint meeting,
Wednesday, June 22, 2022.

Mr. Robert Patrick, DeKalb County Board of Commissioners Presiding Officer and Mrs. Vickie
B. Turner, DeKalb County Board of Education Board Chair, called the meeting to order at
10:02am.

In attendance were the following Board of Commissioners: Mr. Robert Patrick, Presiding
Officer, Mr. Jeff Radar, Mr. Larry Johnson, Mr. Steve Bradshaw, Mrs. Mereda Davis Johnson,
Mr. Ted Terry and Mrs. Lorraine Cochran-Johnson.

In attendance were the following Board of Education Members: Mrs. Vickie B. Turner, Chair,
Mrs. Anna Hill, Mr. Marshall D. Orson, Mrs. Deirdre Pierce, Mrs. Allyson Gevertz and Interim
Superintendent, Dr. Vasanne Tinsley. Mr. Diijon DaCosta, Sr., Vice Chair and Dr. Joyce Morley
were absent.

Also in attendance were Dr. Yolanda Williamson, Executive Director of Board Operations and
and General Counsel Attorney, Mr. Clem Doyle.
